On the morning of February 19, speaking with VietNamNet reporters, a representative of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) said that the unit is verifying the image of a Mazda CX5 car dragging a motorbike after a traffic accident.

"After receiving the information, the unit sent officers and soldiers to verify and will inform when there are results," said a representative of Traffic Police Team No. 5.

Previously, on the evening of February 18, a clip appeared on social media recording a Mazda CX5 car with license plate 30E-908.XX. Specifically, at around 4:38 p.m. the same day, this car was traveling on Co Linh Street (Long Bien District) when it suddenly collided with a motorbike (license plate and driver unknown).

Notably, after the collision, the car driver did not stop but pushed the motorbike under the car for a long stretch across Vinh Tuy bridge to Minh Khai street (Hai Ba Trung district).
