Bay Mau coconut forest (also known as Cam Thanh coconut forest) is nearly 50 hectares wide, including 36 hectares of natural forest and about 24 hectares of planted forest (2011). In December 2017, Bay Mau coconut forest officially opened for ticket sales. Recently, Hoi An City has organized a survey team to evaluate the plan to open a new tour for high-end visitors at Bay Mau coconut forest. The location to open the tour is expected to be a fairly isolated area, surrounding the coconut forest near Cua Dai bridge, serving the group of visitors who love to explore the ecological space of rivers and choose tranquility.
