BPO - This morning, June 23, a series of accidents occurred on Highway DT.741 (section through Quarter 4, Tan Dong Ward, Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province). A container truck hit the back of a truck, causing an accident involving 4 cars and 1 motorbike. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
According to initial information, at around 7:30 this morning, a container truck with license plate 50H-02473 pulling a trailer with license plate 51R-018.34 (driver unknown) was traveling on Highway 741, from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Xoai City. When arriving at Quarter 4, Tan Dong Ward, it suddenly hit the back of a truck with license plate 93H-005.87 that was waiting in front for vehicles to cross the road.
The strong impact caused the truck to rush forward, hitting the back of a 7-seat car with license plate 93A-101.30. It only stopped when it crossed to the right sidewalk, hitting a young man riding a motorbike who was stopped on the side of the road. The 7-seat car continued to rush forward, hitting the back of a car with license plate 93A-373.91.
The accident damaged all 4 cars and motorbikes. Fortunately, there were no casualties, the motorbike driver only suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
