At the Provincial Conference and Cultural Center, the solemn session of the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Union (VYU) of Dien Bien province took place.

Comrade Mua Chien Thang was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province, term 2024.
