The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Trade Union organized a Presentation Contest on the topic "Culture is the soul of the nation" in the book "Building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity" in memory of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
