Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with delegates of the Provincial People's Council (Election Unit No. 4) and delegates of the Ninh Hai District People's Council, met with voters of Ho Hai and Phuong Hai communes (Ninh Hai).
