The work "Binh Thuan in my heart" won first prize in the Video clip contest promoting Binh Thuan tourism.

The contest was launched in July 2023, aiming to strengthen communication and promote Binh Thuan tourism, including the 2023 National Tourism Year "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence". The Organizing Committee received 48 video clips from 17 groups of authors, 22 individuals from 30 units inside and outside the province, such as Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City, Quang Tri, etc.

Leaders of departments, branches and sectors attended the award ceremony of the Video clip contest promoting Binh Thuan tourism.

Mr. Vo Thanh Cong - Director of the Department of Information and Communications, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, Head of the Jury affirmed: To promote Binh Thuan tourism, nothing is more reliable than films and video clips recorded by tourists who have experienced Binh Thuan, those who love the beautiful scenery, culture and people of Binh Thuan, thereby bringing the images and beautiful scenery of the province to tourists. Besides, with the trend of "online tourism" through images and video clips in newspapers and social networks, having many video clips promoting Binh Thuan tourism will contribute to providing more information and unique images to attract and arouse the curiosity and interest of tourists coming to Binh Thuan.

Mr. Vo Thanh Cong added: The contest is a playground that attracts many authors from different ages, including young authors, to join in creating. Through each perspective, Binh Thuan exists in each person's mind in a different way. In particular, there are many clips using bilingual (Vietnamese commentary and English subtitles, or English commentary and Vietnamese subtitles) to help communicate about Binh Thuan tourism closer to international visitors. In addition, many clips use professional sound effects, images, filming techniques... and have tight scripts.

The organizing committee awarded first, second, third and consolation prizes to authors and groups of authors.

The success of the contest will contribute to the overall promotion of the tourism industry in particular and of Binh Thuan province in general. As a result, the work “Binh Thuan in my heart” by the group of authors from PREECO Company Limited won the first prize; 2 second prizes went to the works “Phu Quy – The island of wealth” (author Chau Duc Chinh) and “Binh Thuan Discovery” (author Nguyen Ngoc Song). In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes to the authors and groups of authors.
