The Party Committee and the commune government have issued a specific plan, clearly assigning tasks to each cadre, each village and hamlet. The commune's approach is not to spread out but to choose a location to do it first, complete it as it is done, and then replicate the effective model. In addition, all implementation activities are carried out according to the principles of openness, democracy, with careful discussion between the government and the people, ensuring consensus, creating a movement of joining hands to build the homeland from the people themselves.

Income criteria are always difficult criteria and a concern and challenge for local authorities. In addition to promoting rural laborers to work in companies and enterprises outside the province, developing production and increasing income for people is a key goal in building new rural areas in Ta Nhiu. The commune has actively implemented economic development models, converting crop and livestock structures to suit local conditions. Cooperatives and groups of households linked in agricultural and forestry production have been established to improve production efficiency and promote the mindset of doing commodity economy. Along with that, the commune focuses on developing typical products, gradually building OCOP products, contributing to creating stable livelihoods for people.

Party member Chang Van An, Na Van village, is a typical individual in fattening buffalo, sharing: The family started fattening buffalo 5 years ago, initially without experience, so the process of buying, raising and selling also encountered many difficulties such as market prices changing over time, disease prevention and control work... Up to now, the model of fattening buffalo and rotating many batches in a year has brought the family an income of more than 150 million VND/year. Along with that, Mr. An also propagated for people to actively protect the livestock, especially buying buffalo with clear origin, to prevent the spread of disease to the village. Mr. Sin Van Sin, Na Ri village, although 70 years old this year, is still enthusiastic about increasing production. Mr. Sin boldly invested and developed the model of raising cows, goats, and pigs for reproduction. From there, he earned nearly 100 million VND/year.

Identifying the construction of new rural areas as a continuous and sustainable process, Ta Nhiu commune has set out an orientation for in-depth development. In particular, the focus is on improving the quality of achieved criteria, focusing on investing in missing criteria such as income, environment, production organization and rural landscape. The commune government also proposed that the district continue to allocate funds to support the completion of unachieved criteria. At the same time, the commune strengthens propaganda work to raise public awareness, arousing the role of the people in building new rural areas. Grassroots cadres enhance their responsibility, closely follow reality, listen to people to have appropriate solutions. Inspection and supervision in the implementation of the new rural program are strengthened to promptly correct shortcomings.

By the end of 2024, Ta Nhiu commune will achieve 15/19 NTM criteria, of which the most prominent are criteria such as: Planning, traffic, irrigation, electricity, schools, healthcare, culture, education - training, production organization, residential housing, national defense - security... In particular, the criteria on rural traffic are highly appreciated when many inter-commune and inter-village roads are hardened, ensuring year-round motor vehicle circulation. To achieve these results, the locality has made good use of support resources from the State, while effectively mobilizing socialized capital and people's contributions in a manner appropriate to the economic conditions of each household, avoiding causing too much pressure.

Despite many positive results, the process of building new rural areas in Ta Nhiu commune still faces many difficulties. In particular, resource mobilization is still difficult due to the low economic conditions of the people; the funding allocated from higher levels is still limited compared to actual needs. Some criteria such as environment, income, production organization according to the chain or synchronous infrastructure development still need more investment in the coming time.
