In early July, Chu Danh Hieu (born in 2002, in Hanoi) and a group of friends traveled by motorbike about 30km to Cu Yen commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh to experience and have fun at the natural spring that the 10X had discovered a week before.
“I found out about this place when I searched Google Maps for directions to Dong Chanh Lake. After that, I tried to go there and found the stream quite beautiful and clean, so I decided to invite my friends to experience it on the next trip,” Hieu said.
When asking locals, 10X learned that this place is often called Lang Hang stream (because it is located in Hang village, Cu Yen commune).
According to Hieu, the stream is located about 30km from the center of Hanoi. The roads leading here are all asphalt and concrete roads, cars and motorbikes can access the stream area, so it is convenient to move around.
From the gate of Thien Duong Bao Son Park (Le Trong Tan Street, An Khanh, Hoai Duc, Hanoi), Hieu and his group of friends moved along Thang Long Avenue towards Quoc Oai and then turned left onto Phu Quoc Street (Quoc Oai District).
Then, the group continued to turn onto TL412B road, when reaching the intersection of Xuan Mai town, turn left to follow QL21A and then turn into Cu Yen commune, Luong Son district to find the location of the stream area.
The 22-year-old man commented that the stream area is quite large, the air is fresh, and on both banks there are rows of large trees providing cool shade.
The spring water is very clear, clean and cool. Visitors can come and experience it comfortably without having to pay any service fees.
Hieu and his friends had fun here for half a day, enough to feel their spirit "healed" and regenerated after the hustle and bustle and fatigue of the city.
In addition to bathing, the group also brought ingredients to grill meat and took advantage of the opportunity to sightsee and take pictures.
At the end of the trip, Hieu estimated the cost to be about 100,000 VND/person, including gas and food.
10X said that because he traveled by motorbike and only bought some simple foods and drinks such as bread, sausages, soft drinks, fruits... the cost was not expensive but still brought interesting experiences when being immersed in nature.
“Because this is a natural spring, not a tourist destination, there are no services of any kind. Visitors coming here for picnics or camping need to prepare their belongings from home, including food, drinks and some essential personal items. At the same time, remember to clean up the trash before leaving to preserve the natural landscape,” Hieu said.
10X also suggested that if coming to this stream, visitors can combine checking-in and exploring some other destinations in Luong Son district such as: Dong Chanh lake (Nhuan Trach commune); Da Bac cave (Lien Son commune); Man Nguyen cave and Khu Thuong cave (Cao Ram commune) ...
