Sunrise Riverside continuously hands over pink books to residents

Sunrise Riverside in early November was more bustling with the atmosphere of handing over pink books - Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land, to residents.

Continuously from July 2024 to now, Sunrise Riverside has handed over hundreds of pink books to residents. It is expected that from now until the third quarter of 2025, the project will complete the paperwork and hand over about 3,000 pink books to residents on schedule. Many residents expressed their joy and appreciation for Novaland 's efforts in fulfilling its commitment and ensuring the rights of customers.
