The restaurant and craft brewery complex is inspired by the fictional story of a German sea captain who came to Sunset Town in the last century. Falling in love with the land, he and his wife decided to settle here, bringing with them the traditional brewing profession and creating the most attractive beers on the island. Over time, the captain's craft brewery has only the walls stained by time.
In the 21st century, an installation artist came here, learned about the ruins and decided to restore the beer house from the remaining walls and expand it with modern architecture. Married to a fisherman, the artist brought traditional coastal activities into the restaurant, through the artworks displayed here. The architecture of the restaurant complex is therefore like a connection between the past and the present, between tradition and modernity.
