How is the health of the victim hit by a fallen starfruit tree in District 1?

Immediately after the accident, the 4 victims were transferred to Saigon General Hospital and Children's Hospital 2 for emergency treatment.

The patient had a right pleural drainage, emergency bedside treatment with green fluid mixed with blood. The child had to be ventilated with high parameters, high dose vasopressors, unstable vital signs, continued anti-shock, blood product transfusion. The hospital held a hospital-wide consultation and decided to perform exploratory chest and abdominal surgery to assess the perforation of the hollow organ and stop the bleeding for the patient.

At Saigon General Hospital, Master - Doctor Vu Duc Nhan, Deputy Head of the General Planning Department, said that the hospital received 3 patients, of which 1 patient in mild condition had asked to go home earlier. The remaining 2 patients include a male patient (47 years old) who was hospitalized for a closed fracture of the left acromion and high blood pressure. Currently, the patient is stable and alert and will continue to be monitored, but the patient who asked to be discharged has asked to go to Children's Hospital 2 to take care of his daughter, who was also a victim of the tree fall. The patient was given a brace to immobilize his left shoulder and was advised to detect dangerous signs for early re-examination at the nearest medical facility.

The second patient is a female (45 years old) who was hospitalized due to multiple injuries, liver segment VI laceration and contusion, rib fractures 4-12 with a small amount of left pleural effusion. The patient is currently stable, conscious, and has been safely transferred to People's Hospital 115 for further treatment.
