According to VTC News, after 3 days of being transferred to Phu Tho General Hospital, NHĐ (born in 2010, 8th grade student) who suffered a traumatic brain injury while playing basketball at Le Mat communal house yard, Viet Hung ward (Long Bien district, Hanoi) is still in a coma and needs ventilator support. Doctors continue to apply active resuscitation measures.

"This afternoon, the family said that the previous days the child had no reflexes, but today when the mother touched his legs and arms, he showed signs of pulling back," the source said.

On the afternoon of March 17, NHĐ went to Le Mat communal house yard to play basketball. While playing, Đ. had a conflict with a friend named K. (grade 6). Afterwards, K. went home and told his family. K.'s family went to Le Mat communal house yard to find and beat Đ., causing Đ. to fall to the ground. About 15 minutes later, Đ. showed unusual signs and gradually fainted.

D. was taken to Duc Giang General Hospital for emergency treatment, then transferred to a central hospital with a diagnosis of hidden head injuries and surgery required.

Due to D.'s deteriorating health condition, on March 26, D.'s family requested to transfer their son from 108 Military Central Hospital to Phu Tho Provincial General Hospital for convenient care.
