According to the Planning in the Hanoi City Development Program to 2030, with a strategic vision to 2050, Tay Ho District is identified as a service - tourism center. Specifically, Tay Ho owns an impressive traffic system with 8-10 lane arterial avenues connecting directly to neighboring districts such as Vo Chi Cong Street; Nguyen Van Huyen Street extension. Nguyen Hoang Ton Street is being expanded and Tay Thang Long Avenue running directly from Tay Ho - Ba Vi is also under construction. The 11.5km long urban railway line No. 2 from Nam Thang Long to Tran Hung Dao in the future will help residents travel more conveniently.

Tay Ho also welcomes major plans for service infrastructure. Many international mega-projects such as Samsung Group's R&D Center will be operational from December 23, 2022; Lotte Mall - a complex with an investment capital of up to 600 million USD will open from September 22, 2023; the most modern Opera House in Vietnam is also about to be deployed.

According to the plan by 2030, Tay Ho district will have 36 more headquarters of ministries, departments and branches, along with 13 embassies and non-governmental organization offices, creating a "new Tay Ho" - the most dynamic multinational administrative and economic center.

According to experts, infrastructure development is not only a lever to help Tay Ho real estate value grow steadily but also leads to the appearance of many large-scale and classy real estate projects.

According to a survey by Batdongsan.com.vn, the West Lake area (Hanoi) is always in the top areas of the market in terms of transactions. From 2021 to now, the price increase rate of apartments in this area is always higher than the average of 7-15%.

Projects in West Lake are gradually positioning themselves in the high-end, even super-luxury segment.
