Implementing the Government's regulations on regimes and policies for grassroots youth volunteers in the South participating in the resistance war in the period of 1965 - 1975, on December 9, 2024, the Minister of Home Affairs issued Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BNV amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 18/2024/TT-BNV dated November 25, 2014 of the Minister of Home Affairs regulating the determination of the names of youth volunteer units that have been established and operated in different periods for units that have not yet been determined.
Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BNV amends and supplements as follows:
Amend and supplement Article 4 (Clause 2 - Point c); Article 5 (Clause 2 - Point c); Article 6 (Clause 2 - Point c, d); Article 7 (Clause 1, Clause 2 - Point d, Clause 3 - Point a, Clause 6); Article 8 (Clause 1 - Point b); Article 9 (Clause 1); Article 10 (Clause 1, Clause 3); Article 11.
Add Article 12a "Funding for performing the work of confirming the transcription" right after Article 12.
Abolish the phrase "management staff" specified in Clause 6 of Articles 4, 5 and 6.
In addition, the Circular also adds 03 application forms in the attached Appendix, including the Application Form of the Unit Liaison Committee (Form No. 01), the Application Form of individuals directly participating in the unit (Form No. 02), and the Application Form of agencies, units, and organizations (Form No. 03).
Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BNV takes effect from February 1, 2025.
