This was emphasized by Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong in his speech at the 20th Anniversary Ceremony of Doan Thi Diem Secondary School (Hanoi) and the reception of the Second Class Labor Medal held on the morning of January 17.

Appreciating the achievements that Doan Thi Diem Secondary School has achieved in 20 years of construction and development, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong affirmed: Those results are proof of the school's right direction in comprehensive education, focusing on promoting the creativity and thinking ability of each student, in line with the orientation and goals of the 2018 General Education Program.
The Deputy Minister believes that with the efforts and dedication of the school over the years, generations of students and teachers will continue to achieve more outstanding results. The development of the school also affirms the correctness of the socialization policy in creating more and more development and learning environments for students.
To have further development in the coming time, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong suggested that the school continue to build and develop a team of united staff, innovate in management, teaching and learning. In particular, it focuses on teaching methods, teaching students self-study methods, building a learning society, and a lifelong learning movement. The school's teachers must become examples of self-study.

Schools need to focus on innovating teaching methods, focusing on IT and Foreign Language subjects, implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW of the Politburo on implementing fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training.
For the students, the Deputy Minister hopes that they will continue to promote solidarity, strive to implement the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho, focus on cultivating compassion, self-study, continue the school's tradition, and continue to write "more beautiful and smooth symphonies in the future".

Established on May 19, 2005, Doan Thi Diem Secondary School is one of the schools in the Doan Thi Diem Primary, Middle and High School system. Over the past 20 years, the school has continuously grown and affirmed its outstanding educational quality.
From the first school year with 5 classes, 125 students and 25 staff and teachers, by the 2024-2025 school year, Doan Thi Diem Secondary School has had 2 spacious, modern facilities with nearly 3,400 students, 117 classes and 283 staff and teachers in 9 types of classes: English, Math, Literature - English, Math - English, French, US bilingual, Cambridge dual diploma, Japanese and high-quality classes.
