Hospital quality has changed significantly in recent years, from the development of new medical examination and treatment services to improving reception and patient care, implementing infection control work, etc. The survey results of the general satisfaction of people with public health services in Kon Tum province have increased year by year. Specifically, in 2022 it was 88.6%, in 2023 it was over 90.6% and in 2024 it was nearly 89%./.
