Accordingly, the emulation campaign will take place over 50 days and nights (from April 25 to June 13, 2025), with the slogan: "Solidarity, creativity, emulation to achieve achievements, winning 3 firsts", with the tasks of good training, high combat readiness, good work, completing tasks with the highest results; strictest discipline, absolute safety; organizing activities to welcome the Party Congress with the highest efficiency.

To effectively carry out the emulation contents, the leaders and commanders of Division 320 require the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to focus on maintaining strict combat readiness and on-duty regimes at all levels; actively practice combat readiness plans to firmly protect the assigned targets. Organize training in accordance with the motto, viewpoint, principles, and connections; promote democracy in training.

Along with that, combine training with discipline training, build discipline and improve physical strength; focus on checking the "3 explosions" of new soldiers. At the same time, organize and participate in drills, competitions, and sports events at all levels in a tight, safe manner, achieving high results; promote logistics and technical work, ensuring good performance for regular and unexpected tasks of the unit. Focus on building political capacity for officers and soldiers, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks; raise vigilance, grasp the plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces, especially in the Central Highlands. In addition, strengthen the fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, protect the Party's ideological foundation; promptly advise and effectively handle situations, avoid being passive and surprised, maintain political security, social order and safety in the area.

100% of officers and soldiers strictly comply with State laws, military discipline, and unit regulations, actively and voluntarily study, train, and strive to be worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new era.

At the ceremony, representatives of agencies and units signed a covenant, determined to successfully implement the content and targets of the emulation period.
