Trade and service activities remained stable. Total retail sales of goods and services reached 110 billion VND, up 104.7% over the same period. Transportation activities basically met the people's travel and freight needs. Passenger transport reached 201,000 people; cargo volume reached 230,000 tons; revenue reached 19,428 billion VND, up 102.6% over the same period. Postal and telecommunications activities achieved revenue of 13,397 billion VND, up 101% over the same period.
