Exciting Cultural Festival for young people in Ho Chi Minh City

On April 20, the 4th Cultural Festival organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Student Cultural House attracted more than 5,000 students, 17 businesses and universities and colleges in the city to participate.

At the event, students were able to explore the cultural diversity of Vietnam's regions through handicraft booths, traditional cuisine, folk games, musical instrument displays and unique national costumes.

Creative calligraphy experiences and unique folk art performances, harmoniously combining tradition and modernity, have created a vibrant cultural exchange space, honoring national identity.

Highlights that attract the attention of young people include experiential activities such as: activities of clubs, teams, groups; folk games; the program "Folklore"; the game "Guess the book title"; calligraphy experience; encouraging students to wear national costumes; displaying and experiencing Vietnamese national costumes; introducing traditional musical instruments; and Vietnamese Film Week.

This is an opportunity for you to practice teamwork skills, learn about cultural beauty through ancient costumes and famous films.

Students enthusiastically participated in making traditional dishes.

In addition, skill and academic activities such as the talk show “Youth, National Culture” with the theme “Folk performing art of Xam singing”, the calligraphy contest “Sac Viet”, the Golden Bell contest, the song, verse and lyric composition contest “Old melodies - New lyrics”, along with folk art performances, school epics and “Student colors” brought a vibrant and exciting atmosphere.

With diverse and meaningful activities, the 2025 Cultural Festival has created opportunities for students to explore and experience traditional national culture, learn about its diverse beauty and rich artistic values, thereby increasing their love, contributing to preserving and promoting Vietnamese culture to friends at home and abroad.
