At this event, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam was awarded the title of “Asia’s Leading Local Tourism Management Agency”. It is known that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam is the only representative of Vietnam to be nominated and surpassed many excellent candidates in the region such as: Bali (Indonesia), Sabah (Malaysia), Sarawak (Malaysia) and Luang Prabang (Laos) to win in this category.

In recent years, Quang Nam tourism industry has pursued the path of green and sustainable tourism development and received high appreciation from domestic and international agencies and organizations.
