I. OBJECTS, TOPICS, CONTENT AND FORM OF THE CONTEST
1. Contestants.
- Contestants are young people, teenagers, and children studying at primary schools; middle schools; high schools (from grade 1 to grade 12) in Lai Chau province.
- Contestants are divided into 3 age groups:
+ Group 1: Primary school students.
+ Group 2: Secondary school students.
+ Group 3: High school students.
2. Topic: " Dreams through every page of the book ".
Contestants draw pictures closely following the theme and characters from the story they have read. The content describes the homeland, country, islands, and Vietnamese people through daily activities, adventures, characters, events, etc.
3. Content.
Contest entries (Paintings) must closely follow the theme and characters of the story that has been read. The content describes and expresses dreams and love for the homeland, country, sea and islands, and Vietnamese people through daily activities, adventures, characters, events, etc.
4. Contest format.
- Contestants draw and send their paintings (works) to the school they are studying at. The school will compile and select the 20 best works to send to the Organizing Committee of the contest at the address of Lai Chau Provincial Library, Group 12, Doan Ket Ward, Lai Chau City, Lai Chau Province. - Contest entries must be presented on paper (priority and encouragement are given to drawing on A3 paper, oil painting, framed) with colors of your choice such as: crayons, pencils, markers, watercolors, oil paints...

III. TIME, PLACE OF LAUNCHING AND AWARDING
1. Time
- The Contest is launched from March 1 to March 30, 2025.
- Time to receive entries to the Organizing Committee from April 1 to April 7, 2025
- Time for summary and award ceremony: Expected on April 21, 2025 ( Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day ).
2. Competition summary and award ceremony location:
Lai Chau Provincial Library, Group 12, Doan Ket Ward, Lai Chau City, Lai Chau Province.
