The number of businesses withdrawing from the market continues to increase.

Total budget expenditure is about 9,519 billion VND (reaching 34% of the estimate), including: development investment expenditure reaching 94% (4,588 billion VND) and regular expenditure reaching 35% (4,897 billion VND).

It is estimated that by the end of May 2024, the total mobilized capital in the province will reach VND 90,902 billion (up 2% compared to the beginning of the month and up 6.55% compared to the beginning of the year). Outstanding loans will reach VND 109,867 billion (up 1.6% compared to the beginning of the month and up 2.83% compared to the beginning of the year). Total bad debt is about VND 2,000 billion, accounting for 1.82% of total outstanding debt, down 52.5% compared to the previous month.

According to another statistic, the number of new businesses entering the market is 100% compared to the same period last year (152 businesses). However, the newly registered capital is only about 569 billion VND, down 44.4% over the same period. According to calculations, the average registered capital of a newly established business is only 3.7 billion VND, much lower than the average capital of a business established in the same period in 2023 (reaching 6.7 billion VND).

The number of enterprises re-entering the market increased by 24.5% (188 enterprises) compared to the same period last year, contributing to an increase of 12.2% (340 enterprises) in the number of enterprises entering and re-entering the market. However, the number of enterprises withdrawing from the market continued to increase by 14.2% compared to the same period in 2023 (619 enterprises).
