The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) has recently announced a list of additional securities that are not eligible for margin trading. Accordingly, MCM shares of Moc Chau Dairy Cattle Breeding Joint Stock Company have their margin cut due to the listing period of less than 6 months. Previously, these 110 million shares were transferred from UPCoM to HoSE and had their first trading session on June 25.
The number of shares not pledged as collateral continues to increase.
In mid-June, HOSE also announced that CAV shares of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation were included in the margin cut list due to being delisted. Thus, the total number of stocks with margin cut on HOSE to date is 86. Among them, there are some notable codes such as VTP of Viettel Post, FRT of FPT Retail, HVN of Vietnam Airlines or SMC, HNG, HBC, HAG, DXS, etc.
