"Job Fair" is an annual activity organized by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An in coordination with localities with the aim of creating conditions to enhance information, connection, coordination and association between enterprises, recruitment units, labor supply, employment services, training facilities, vocational education facilities in implementing recruitment activities, supporting domestic and foreign employment, vocational training for union members, students, and workers in the province.

In his opening speech, Mr. Vi Ngoc Quynh, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An province, said that the job fair is one of the important events of the province in general and the locality in particular. The program is organized annually with the meaning of raising the responsibility and awareness of the community and the grassroots political system towards job creation and implementation of unemployment insurance policies. At the same time, it helps to strengthen cooperation and connection between workers, colleges and universities in the area with businesses.
