Bac Ninh Department of Science and Technology conducts training on intellectual property in Thuan Thanh town

On the morning of March 20, the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) of Bac Ninh organized a training course on intellectual property (IPR) knowledge for enterprises, cooperatives, organizations and individuals doing business in Thuan Thanh town.

Overview of the training session

At the training session, delegates were informed by experts in the field of IP about the overview of the Law on Intellectual Property and legal documents of the Central and the province on IP work, especially Plan No. 92 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo and the Action Program of the Government on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. Thuan Thanh currently has 5 products protected by IP and nearly 40 OCOP products, therefore, the construction and promotion of typical brand values ​​along with the province's policies to support the construction of brands for agricultural products and craft villages, key specialties, and OCOP products were discussed by delegates, answering questions in the process of building and developing intellectual property at the grassroots level. Thereby, constantly improving and enhancing productivity and product quality to meet the requirements of intellectual property protection, building product brands associated with promoting and advertising tourism of Thuan Thanh in particular and Bac Ninh in general.
