Summary of the implementation of documents of the Provincial People's Committee on ensuring security and order to serve socio-economic development in the province

On the morning of April 22, at the Conference Hall of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Truong Cong Thai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the Conference to review the implementation of documents of the Provincial People's Committee on ensuring security and order to serve socio-economic development in the province.

Attending the Conference were representatives of leaders of departments, branches, agencies, units, and organizations of the province; representatives of the Standing Committees of District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, and representatives of leaders of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Mr. Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that over the past time, departments, branches, and localities have coordinated effectively and smoothly with the police force in proactively preventing, fighting, and stopping sabotage activities of hostile and reactionary forces and all kinds of crimes; thereby, creating favorable conditions and a secure and safe environment to effectively serve the tasks of socio-economic development and social security in the province.

At the Conference, delegates focused on analyzing, evaluating, and clarifying the achieved results, shortcomings, limitations, difficulties, obstacles and causes, thereby proposing key tasks and solutions in the coming time to effectively implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring security and national defense in the province.

Concluding the conference, comrade Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the Departments, branches, sectors and localities to focus on implementing 06 key and central tasks, in which it is necessary to closely combine socio-economic development with ensuring security and national defense and implement them right at the grassroots level, under the unified leadership and direction of the heads of local Party committees and authorities, and the smooth coordination of functional agencies.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized and requested the Departments, branches, sectors and localities to focus on effectively implementing ethnic and religious policies; national target programs for socio-economic development, job creation and preservation and promotion of good values ​​of traditional culture and beliefs, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people, especially ethnic minorities in the province, creating a solid foundation in social prevention work, eliminating and eventually eliminating the causes, conditions and factors that hostile and reactionary forces can take advantage of.
