Mid-term review of the implementation of the Resolution of the 6th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal, term 2022-2027

During the first half of the term of implementing the Resolution of the 6th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal, term 2022-2027, and the first quarter of 2025, the entire Union has carried out 3,002 youth projects, many of which are breakthroughs; solving weak points, difficult tasks, improving labor productivity and product quality, contributing to the completion of the unit's production and business tasks.

The entire Union registered to successfully implement 1,372 youth management and participation models. Youth volunteer activities, summer youth volunteer campaigns, and volunteering for community life attracted more and more young union members to participate in many meaningful activities. The total value of the projects and tasks reached more than 2 billion VND.

The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Coal Youth Union emphasized the role of the Youth Innovation movement in forming high-quality young human resources for the Group.

The “Creative Youth” movement with 10 club models, the Youth Science and Technology Board with the participation of 180 young union members, in 3 years has implemented 86 topics, 832 technical innovation initiatives, rationalized production, making a profit of nearly 12 billion VND; contributing to the formation of high-quality young human resources for the Group.

Continuing to accompany young people in starting a business and establishing a career, Quang Ninh Coal Union has issued a specialized Resolution on "improving the effectiveness of mentoring, supporting and assisting new young workers and interns, period 2023-2025" with 3,670 union members assigned to mentor and assist.

Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Youth Union has effectively implemented Resolution No. 04-NQ/DU, dated March 26, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over the Youth Union organization and youth work in the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee, period 2021 - 2025", performing well the role of the Youth Union organization in accompanying young people to start a business and stick with the profession; worthy of being the vanguard force, taking the lead in performing production and business tasks at the unit and the group.

Many collectives and individuals of the Coal Union were awarded for their outstanding achievements in Youth Month 2025.

In the second half of the term and the last months of 2025, the Coal Union at all levels will continue to implement the Resolution of the 6th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal, focusing on propaganda and education work, organizing revolutionary action movements, promoting the spirit of "Discipline and Unity"; affirming the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of the youth in the Coal industry.
