- On the afternoon of April 2, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held a conference to review the work of the first quarter and deploy key tasks for the second quarter of 2025.
Attending the conference were comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Standing Committee: Nguyen Cong Truong, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Phung Quang Hoi, Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee.
Also attending were leaders of Party building committees, standing committees of district party committees, affiliated party committees, leaders of inspection committees of district party committees, city party committees, and affiliated party committees.
According to the report at the conference, in the first quarter, the Inspection Committees at all levels proactively advised on the development and promulgation of inspection and supervision programs of Party committees and focused on implementing inspection and supervision tasks in 2025.
As a result, Party committees at all levels have inspected 4 Party organizations and 12 Party members according to the Party Charter; Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels have inspected 6 Party organizations and 23 Party members when there were signs of violations; Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels have supervised 7 Party organizations and 15 Party members on a thematic basis. Regarding the enforcement of Party discipline, Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels have disciplined 4 Party organizations and 112 Party members.
Discussing at the conference, delegates agreed with the draft central report and expressed their opinions to supplement and clarify the results of inspection, supervision and disciplinary action for party organizations and party members at their units; adjusting the inspection and supervision program and plan to ensure compliance with the reality at newly established party committees... At the same time, delegates also agreed on the key tasks and directions for the second quarter of 2025.
Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and commended the results achieved in inspection and supervision work in recent times.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he requested that Party committees at all levels continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's directives, resolutions, and regulations on inspection and supervision work and new directive documents related to the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system; Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; Decision No. 204 dated November 29, 2024 of the Secretariat approving the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies.
Party committees and inspection committees at all levels continue to effectively implement the contents of Instruction No. 08 dated November 18, 2024 of the Central Inspection Committee on inspection and supervision work to serve party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Inspection committees at all levels study and advise on adjusting the inspection and supervision program in accordance with reality on the basis of implementing the conclusions of the Central Committee and the province on the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system.
He emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission strengthens leadership, direction, and inspection of professional expertise for lower-level Inspection Commissions; proactively reviews coordination regulations, amends and supplements regulations to ensure they are concise and easy to implement; closely coordinates with Party building committees to urge and monitor the implementation of inspection conclusions, and notify supervision results; and focuses on building a team of cadres to do inspection work.
