This morning, April 23, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises held a conference to review 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo (Conclusion 01) on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" (Directive 05) and commending and rewarding advanced models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period of 2021 - 2024. Recently, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc has implemented Conclusion 01 on continuing to implement Directive 05 for the 2021 - 2024 period synchronously, considering this a regular and continuous task of grassroots party organizations, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Every year, based on the directive documents of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Bloc issues plans and guides Party committees at all levels to concretize Conclusion 01 in accordance with the situation and political tasks of agencies, units and enterprises.
Through monitoring, 100% of subordinate party cells with 100% of cadres and party members annually develop plans to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Most party cells have developed plans to organize regular party cell forums twice a year with the theme of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is associated with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns by the Party Committee of the Bloc. From there, many good models and creative ways have emerged to be replicated. Many models have initially brought about effectiveness, creating a widespread influence on cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Typical examples include: the model of "Good handling of people's reflections, recommendations and denunciations" of the Quang Tri Newspaper Party Cell; Code of conduct and "5 things to build, 5 things to fight" and 10 standards of professional ethics and public service ethics of cadres and civil servants of the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Voluntary blood donation "White Blouse - Pink Heart" among civil servants, public employees and employees of the health sector; "Skillful mass mobilization in digital transformation and application of information technology in management, teaching and administrative reform of the sector" of the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training...
Enterprises in the bloc combine studying and following Uncle Ho with the patriotic emulation movement, emulation of good workers, creative workers; implementing the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; corporate culture movement...
Typical examples include: The Party Committee of Quang Tri Petroleum Company has carried out the corporate culture movement well, identifying the "Happiness Index" as the key to the success of Petrolimex Quang Tri; The Party Committee of Quang Tri Trading Corporation has maintained Sepon Fund models such as: "Giving Children" Fund; "Overcoming Difficulties" Fund to help employees borrow with 0% interest to build houses, repair houses, purchase equipment for employees, etc.

During the 3 years of implementing Conclusion 01, many typical collectives and individuals in activities and fields of work were commended and rewarded by the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc in 3 years of implementing Conclusion 01 of the Politburo. In particular, there were efforts, overcoming all difficulties to creatively implement and successfully complete the tasks of the Party cell cells, agencies and enterprises in the bloc.

At the same time, it is hoped that in the coming time, agencies and enterprises in the bloc will continue to excellently complete assigned tasks; perform well in labor safety work, ensure benefits for workers; love and help each other in each Party cell and between agencies and enterprises in the bloc.
The Party Committee of the Bloc will promote the achieved results and continue to create a favorable environment for agencies and enterprises to have conditions to effectively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the coming period. Thereby, contributing to the development of the province.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 7 party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2019 - 2023); the Party Committee of the Bloc awarded certificates of merit to 14 collectives and 14 typical advanced individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period 2021 - 2024.
