Department of Education organizes training on implementing digital report cards at primary level - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- On April 24, at the Center for Continuing Education, Information Technology and Foreign Languages ​​of the province, the Department of Education and Training organized a training course , guiding the implementation of digital report cards at the primary school level , for 165 trainees who are professional staff of the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities, along with a team of managers, core teachers and software staff at primary education institutions in the province .

At the training course, trainees were instructed on the business process of managing, exploiting and using the MOET database account, digital signatures and digital transcripts, ensuring the validity, safety, consistency and synchronization of data throughout the education system. In addition, the training course also introduced the unified digital transcript technical model, which is interconnected between levels from primary to high school, adjusted and updated after the pilot phase at the primary level.

In the program, students directly access and practice technical operations on 2 popular digital student transcript software today. Specifically, with SMAS software (Viettel), the training content focuses on operations such as: registering digital certificates, creating, issuing, revoking, authenticating, packaging and sending student transcript data to the national database system in accordance with the technical regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. Similarly, with VNEDU software (VNPT), students are instructed on how to enter, authenticate, synchronize and export digital student transcript data, ensuring standardization and effective integration with the common data system.

Through the training, trainees will master professional knowledge and skills in applying technology to educational management, thereby contributing to modernizing the student management process, minimizing administrative procedures, improving transparency and efficiency in operating educational activities at the primary level. At the same time, the training course is also an important preparation step for units to deploy digital student records in a synchronous and correct manner, meeting the development requirements of the industry in the digital era.
