On October 10, 10 new students who overcame difficulties in Thua Thien Hue province received scholarships to teach English for free, sponsored by the Vietnam-USA Society English Language System.
This is the second year that the Vietnam-USA Association English System has accompanied the Tuoi Tre Newspaper's "Tiep Suc Den Truong" program , aiming to support poor new students with the opportunity to study and practice with standard English.
10 new students of Hue University received this English scholarship including:
Ha Van Minh Vu, Le Van Hoa An, Truong Duc Phu, Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong, Le Quang My (University of Medicine and Pharmacy), Phan Minh Tai (University of Science), Nguyen Thi Nhu Y, Nguyen Hoang Tuyet Nhi (University of Economics), Le Thi Tra My and Nguyen Hoang Tuyet Nhi (International Faculty).

From 2023, the Vietnam-USA Society English Language System will sponsor 50 free foreign language scholarships worth 625 million VND for new students of the School Support program.
By 2024, this English teaching and learning system has also sponsored the School Support program with 50 English scholarships worth 625 million VND.
These scholarships have been and are being given by the program to poor students from many provinces and cities across the country.
