On the afternoon of March 29, in Hai Phong City, within the framework of the 2024 Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) cooperation program between the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Hai Phong People's Committee, a signing ceremony of cooperation in training human resources for microchip design took place between Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP), Sun Edu International Education Joint Stock Company with the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, the Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology and Hai Phong University.

According to the agreement, cooperation is established to build, consolidate and expand strategic and comprehensive cooperation to better exploit the potential and strengths in each party's fields of operation for long-term, sustainable and mutually beneficial development.

Cooperate, share experiences, enhance each party's capacity in the fields of training, fostering, scientific research and innovation to train high-quality human resources, research and develop highly applicable products in the fields of microchips, semiconductors, control and automation, robots, IoT, etc.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat highly appreciated the science and technology and innovation activities of Hai Phong City in the past time and emphasized that the signing of the units will continue to promote the science and technology and innovation activities of Hai Phong City, thereby continuing to exploit the potentials as well as create high-quality human resources to serve the development of science and technology of the city in the coming time.

In parallel, there are cooperation activities, coordination of professional exchange, theoretical training combined with practical practice through training courses taught and shared by experts and lecturers with many years of practical experience of SUN EDU for engineers, students, and trainees to provide businesses with quality, skilled human resources in Hai Phong.

At the ceremony, representatives of the National Innovation Center (NIC) awarded the Cadence microchip design software copyright certificate to the Electronics and Semiconductor Center (Hai Phong-ESC) - Hai Phong University.
