Shopee and VECOM cooperate to implement "Shop safely with Shopee"

Shop safely with Shopee to help e-commerce grow better

Shopee Vietnam, in collaboration with the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM), introduced a consumer protection initiative called “Shop Safely with Shopee”.

The program is aimed at enhancing consumer guidance on how to shop safely on e-commerce platforms, helping to reduce their concerns about common risks.

Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Managing Director of Shopee Vietnam, shared: "The Shopee Safe Shopping Initiative is one of Shopee's efforts to enhance consumer protection measures, providing a safe and reliable online experience, helping them feel secure when shopping on the platform."

Accordingly, from the Shopee application homepage, users can easily access the comprehensive information page on safe shopping instructions and support features to help enhance their shopping experience on Shopee with tools such as: Shopee Guarantee policy, safer shopping with Shopee joint inspection program, return and refund process, 24/7 user support service...

Mr. Tran Van Trong, General Secretary of VECOM said: “VECOM welcomes Shopee's cooperation in the Safe Shopping with Shopee project, this is a practical activity in protecting consumers and creating a safe and trustworthy online shopping environment”.
