It is expected that before April 27, the entire long fence and entrance gate in front of the Provincial Event and Foreign Affairs Center (adjacent to Nguyen Ai Quoc Street) will be removed. After removing these items, Bien Hoa City will study the design plan and renovate the entire park inside, creating a harmonious, modern and open green space to welcome people to come for entertainment and exercise .

On April 15, Bien Hoa City People's Committee worked with the Event and Foreign Affairs Center, the Provincial Library, the Provincial Museum and relevant parties to agree on a plan to remove the fence and entrance gate.

After reaching an agreement, Bien Hoa City People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Dong Nai Provincial Land Registration Office (Bien Hoa Branch), the City Public Service Management Board and related units to measure and determine the land boundaries of the Event and Foreign Affairs Center, the Provincial Library, and the Provincial Museum that need to be retained for continued management.

The park area will be handed over to Bien Hoa city for use and management as a park for the people.

Bien Hoa City People's Committee also assigned the City Public Service Management Board to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance - Planning, Department of Economics , Department of Infrastructure and Urban Areas and related units to survey and propose a plan to dismantle the above-mentioned fence and entrance gate items. Develop a plan to receive, manage, liquidate assets, and renovate the locations behind the fence and entrance gate after removal.

In addition, public toilets, motorbike and car parking areas should be added to serve people who come to play, exercise and have fun. Bien Hoa City will be responsible for taking care of all the trees and other items in the park after it is handed over.
