Talented singer passes away at the age of 28
On July 25, Sayuri shared about her illness on her personal account X. She said: "For a long time, I have not felt comfortable talking. The doctor diagnosed me with dysphonia. I constantly had difficulty singing, my voice was shaky, hoarse, and my muscles moved against my will."

Sayuri admits to being disappointed in herself because her voice is what connects her to the world, and now she can no longer speak.
Many members of the anime community expressed their hopes for Sayuri's recovery.
However, on September 27, Sayuri's husband, singer Ama Arashi, used Sayuri's own X (Twitter) account to announce the loss to the family.
He said the 28-year-old singer passed away on September 20. To maintain privacy, Sayuri's family did not post this sad news on social media.
Funerals are attended only by family, friends and related people.
Sayuri's husband shared: "I sincerely thank those who have always cared for Sayuri during this time. I hope everyone will pray together for her to rest in peace."
