(PLVN) - On the evening of June 22, the third competition night of the qualifying round of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival - DIFF 2024 stirred up the atmosphere on every street of the Han River city with splendid and romantic fireworks displays by two European representative teams, Poland and Germany.
The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival – DIFF 2024 has gone more than half way, through the 3rd fireworks night out of a total of 5 competition nights. With an investment of hundreds of billions of VND and the tireless work of nearly 2,000 employees, DIFF 2024 continues to demonstrate its grand scale, bringing explosive emotions to visitors and people of Da Nang.
Despite the rain, the fireworks night between Poland and Germany, with the romantic theme “Made of Love Inspiration”, still attracted a large number of spectators from all over the world. Before that, the bridges along the river and restaurants and hotels along Tran Hung Dao and Bach Dang streets… with a view of the fireworks were packed.

The German team’s performance of “Sacred Love” opened the fireworks night with the dramatic melody of Apocalyptica. Large clusters of fireworks exploded in the sky, creating a magnificent and impressive scene. Immediately, the audience experienced the feeling of falling in love, strong and sudden.
The soft music of "Confide In Me" and the colorful fireworks continued to lead the audience into an emotional space. Then the playful and energetic melody of "Grace Kelly" and "Oh Yeah" exploded into larger fireworks of all colors, bringing joy and wild excitement.

Leading the audience through every level of emotion when in love, the music "You Take My Breath Away" resounds, making the audience hold their breath before the delicate and complex fireworks performances.
The German team opened the "treasure chest" to take out 4,000 fireworks produced across all continents and the world's most classy fireworks effects: graceful golden willow clusters, sparks drifting down like falling stars, intertwined spirals, painting the night with vivid colors,... The classic melody "Pizzini - Seconda Parte" combined with artistic fireworks, leaving many unforgettable moments of the romantic fireworks night.
From the initial excitement, to the passionate, burning, even sad feelings, and ending with touching moments, the German team's performance took the audience on an adventure through the intense emotions of love.
Polish team portrays passionate love for Da Nang
If the German team is full of European romance, Poland brings the performance "ALL IN - Legend of the Dragon" with intense feelings dedicated to Da Nang and its people.
Right from the first minutes, the audience was able to admire the classic fireworks. It started with the beautiful memories of the Polish team when they first came to Vietnam in 2013, the first time they saw the Dragon Bridge across the Han River. The bright red fireworks flew into the air to the music "I don't want to set the world on fire" like the dragon fire that once warmed the hearts and feelings that the team had for Da Nang.

With hundreds of fireworks effects, the night sky lit up with waterfalls of colors. The audience seemed to see the landscape of Da Nang with birds soaring to the treetops, the rustling wind creating melodies. Witnessing the giant-scale fireworks masterpieces, thousands of spectators felt time slowing down, admiring the magic of the moment.
After the moments of awe, there were chapters of breathtaking emotion, as the team said goodbye to Da Nang and returned to Poland with its busy life and stressful work. The medley of "Insomnia," "Gangsta's Paradise," "Toxic," and "Smoke on the Water" followed one another, pushing emotions to a crescendo with each successive volley of fireworks. Each volley was more spectacular than the last, culminating in an explosion of color and light, almost a visual shock, that left the audience in a state of overwhelm.
