During a hearing before the House of Representatives, Argentine Cabinet Secretary Guillermo Francos emphasized: “Diplomatic relations with Spain are strategic, encompassing political, economic, cultural and cooperative relations with a long and deep history.”
Mr. Francos expressed in the report presented to the House of Representatives every six months that the relationship with Spain is "very broad, diverse, multidimensional, interdependent, with exchanges at different levels. Government, private and civil society actors of both countries interact dynamically".
