After being crowned Miss, how did Thanh Thuy respond to the international media?

The final round of Miss International 2024 has ended with the victory belonging to the representative of Vietnam - Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy. Miss Thanh Thuy's achievement has helped Vietnam gain more impression on the world beauty map.

After being crowned, the new Miss International Thanh Thuy had a quick interview with the international media.

Responding to the Japanese PR Times , Thanh Thuy confided that she felt happy to be able to achieve the highest position in the competition. This is a joy that cannot be fully described.

"I would like to send my sincere thanks to my family, friends and all those who have supported me in Vietnam. Throughout this journey, I have always tried to pay attention to every detail from skills, costumes to the way I express myself, with the goal of striving to become the first Vietnamese winner in the history of the competition.

With the mission of Miss International 2024, I will continue to make constant efforts and consider it the most important thing. I am very happy that even though I am in Japan, I can still feel the warm affection and support from fans in Vietnam, and I am very proud to be able to respond to that love.

I am also touched by the hospitality and wonderful culture of Japan. I wish to bring these cultural values to my country," the beauty queen shared.

Miss Thanh Thuy's victory received consensus from the majority of audiences and beauty fans both domestically and internationally.

Throughout the Miss International competition, the Vietnamese representative has always been among the most outstanding contestants. Not only is she highly regarded for her appearance, Thanh Thuy is also loved by the public for her friendly and sociable personality.

At the final night, Thanh Thuy impressed with her intelligent and sharp answers. When asked about the impact of global development on theeducation system of the younger generation, she said: "I think it is the urgency of the global education system during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have to stay at home and study online. This is a change in the development trend of online education companies. And I hope students can explore learning opportunities through online education platforms. That supports sustainable development goal number 4: Quality education".

Thanks to her confident responses in 3 languages (English, Japanese and Vietnamese), Thanh Thuy won convincingly.

At the moment of coronation, Thanh Thuy choked up and shared: "I am the first beauty from Vietnam to be crowned Miss International. I deserve this victory. This is a reward for all those who have supported me."

Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy was born in 2002 in Da Nang. The beauty is 1m76 tall. Before being crowned Miss International 2024, she was Miss Vietnam 2022, won the Miss Student Award at the University of Foreign Languages (Da Nang University in 2021), 1st Runner-up of the Da Nang Elegant Student Contest in 2021, and was one of 36 students participating in the student exchange program at Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand.

Thanh Thuy is currently studying at two universities: University of Foreign Languages (University of Danang) and Greenwich University Vietnam. She has basic communication skills in English and Korean.

During her two years in office, Thanh Thuy actively participated in artistic and community activities, participating in many projects to help people in difficult circumstances.
