The country was liberated, but the threat of invasion and plots to sabotage the revolution still existed in all areas from the border to the interior. In particular, the Khmer Rouge genocidal group continuously committed acts of aggression, raids, encroachments, and killings of innocent civilians, seriously violating the territorial sovereignty and national border security. Along with that, the remnants of the puppet regime and the FULRO reactionaries were "breathed in" by hostile forces to step up their sabotage activities. In the fight against the Khmer Rouge invaders, the "blue stars" realized their "oath to protect the land" through decisive battles surrounded by enemy troops, achieving glorious feats; at the same time, coordinating with other forces to sweep, discover, and arrest 200 villains, puppet soldiers, and puppet authorities who refused to present themselves to the revolutionary government, confiscating 115 guns of various types along with many other important means and documents.
