SASCO and Airport Dimensions develop modern airport lounge system

On November 6, at the world's leading aviation retail trade forum (The Trinity Forum 2024), SASCO - the leading unit in non-aviation services in Vietnam and Airport Dimensions - the world's leading company in airport service experience - officially announced the signing of a long-term strategic cooperation agreement.

Vietnam is an attractive market.

The two sides will jointly develop a system of modern airport lounges across Vietnam, not only serving passengers but also enhancing Vietnam's position on the regional aviation map.

By integrating Airport Dimensions’ international operating experience and SASCO’s deep understanding of the domestic market, this cooperation promises to bring new and unique experiences to customers at major airports such as Tan Son Nhat, Cam Ranh and soon Phu Quoc.

According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Vietnam will be one of the five fastest growing aviation markets in the world by 2035, with estimated traffic of up to 150 million passengers per year.

This shows that Vietnam is facing a great opportunity to become a regional aviation hub, while opening up the potential for non-aviation revenue growth through a modern and convenient lounge system.

Airport Dimensions is currently a prestigious name in the aviation industry, with more than 66 luxury lounges at many major airports such as Dubai, Hong Kong, London and New York.

Each lounge is characterized by a harmonious combination of luxurious design style and optimal services for passengers.

The Club's Chase Sapphire Lounge in Boston was recently awarded the 2024 Best Lounge Experience award, affirming Airport Dimensions' position as a leader in delivering quality service globally.

This partnership is part of Airport Dimensions' expansion strategy in the Asia-Pacific region.

At the signing event, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung Cuong, General Director of SASCO, shared that the cooperation is part of SASCO's strategy to position its lounge system with "elite service for unlimited experiences".

With over 31 years of experience in the aviation service industry, the company has created and developed a high-quality airport service ecosystem imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity.

Currently, the company operates 10 lounges at Tan Son Nhat, 2 lounges at Cam Ranh and is preparing to open another lounge in Phu Quoc. These lounges have become favorite destinations for domestic and international passengers, thanks to their excellent service and luxurious space.

Of which, two lounges, Le Saigonnais and Jasmine, were honored by the prestigious international magazine on flight services PAX International as the Best Business Lounges in Asia in 2021 and 2023.
