DNVN - The "Vietnam Real Estate Brokers - VREAA" award ceremony will take place in early December to contribute to promoting market transparency and honoring individuals with positive contributions to the industry.
From August 1, 2024, the Law on Real Estate Business 2023 has officially taken effect, thereby tightening the requirements for the real estate brokerage profession. Individuals practicing real estate brokerage must have a real estate brokerage practice certificate; practice in a real estate trading floor service business or real estate brokerage service.
In addition, real estate brokers need to fulfill tax obligations to the State and participate in annual training to improve their professional knowledge.
According to Batdongsan.com.vn's real estate consumer psychology report for the second half of 2024, when working with brokers, consumers value expertise and experience the most, with 76% of survey participants choosing this factor. Next is working attitude with 66% of people choosing and cost with 57% voting (down from 60% in the first half of 2024). Notably, the broker's reputation factor increased by 7% compared to the first half of 2024.
Thus, the expertise and reputation of brokers are increasingly of interest to consumers, which poses a challenge for brokers to improve their competitiveness.
The award ceremony of "Vietnam Real Estate Broker - VREAA" organized by the technology platform Batdongsan.com.vn will take place in early December.
In that context, the technology platform Batdongsan.com.vn has organized the "Vietnam Real Estate Brokers - VREAA" award to contribute to improving the capacity of brokers and making the real estate industry transparent. This is one of the prestigious awards in the market, sponsored by the Construction Newspaper - the mouthpiece of the Ministry of Construction .
The "Vietnam Real Estate Brokers - VREAA" Award with a total of 130 awards will honor dedicated brokers with many attractive benefits. Outstanding brokers will be awarded medals and gifts of the program; honored in the media. Thereby, enhancing personal reputation and service quality in the real estate industry, using the achieved title in the broker's promotional activities.
The award ceremony will take place on December 3 for Hanoi and the North, and on December 5 for Ho Chi Minh City, the South and the Central regions.
