Upcoming workshop "Optimizing Marketing Effectiveness in Banking Industry"

On April 22, Vietnam Banking Conference 2025 will officially take place in Hanoi, marking the return of the prestigious annual event organized by Mibrand Vietnam Company. This year's event promises to bring in-depth analysis of the health of banking brands and practical discussions on optimizing marketing effectiveness in the finance - banking sector.

At the event, the Top 30 strongest banking brands in Vietnam 2024 will be awarded official certificates of brand health, rankings and recognition of the achievements of the brands in the rankings by Mibrand Vietnam. The certificate is awarded based on the results of the Banking Industry Brand Health Report after collecting results from indexes, tools and based on the results of careful research by leading prestigious brand experts.

Notably, this year’s event has the theme: “Optimizing the effectiveness of banking industry marketing”, with the participation of many prestigious speakers in the fields of communications, market research and brand strategy consulting. Among them is Mr. Le Quang Vu, CEO of BlueC, founder of a company with the ambition to become a pioneer consulting unit in the field of corporate culture, employee experience and internal communications in Vietnam.

Ms. Tran Hoai Thu, Director of Customer Service at MVV SNP, has more than 15 years of experience in the Marketing - Communications industry. At the same time, as a consulting partner of a number of Big4 organizations, Ms. Thu has directly participated in marketing cost optimization projects for banks, contributing to improving investment efficiency and improving marketing budget management capacity in the new context.

Mr. Do Ngoc Son, Deputy Director of Market Research, Mibrand Vietnam. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Market Research in many different industries, including 7 years working with the banking industry in Vietnam with many in-depth research projects. Mr. Son will bring to the event new perspectives and approaches in segmenting banking customers in Vietnam.

Through this event, Mibrand hopes that this will be an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to better understand the importance of brand development.
