This year’s forum is held in a context with many new features. The implementation of new free trade agreements (FTAs) such as CPTPP, EVFTA, UKVFTA, RCEP, VIFTA requires businesses to make efforts to improve their competitiveness.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is working with ministries, sectors and localities to focus on removing difficulties, boosting production and exporting goods. Thereby, effectively taking advantage of new FTAs, reducing damage caused by the pandemic and quickly restoring growth momentum.
Mr. Tran Thanh Hai also stated that logistics is a service industry that spans many fields and locations, requiring a high level of technology application.

Digital transformation is an inevitable trend, helping logistics service enterprises improve productivity, quality, service efficiency, enhance competitiveness in the domestic market and reach out to the international market. "The digital transformation process in the logistics industry requires the attention and efforts of all sectors, levels, leaders and employees in the enterprise to achieve the goal" - Mr. Hai said.
