The new owner of Saigon Glory is located at Pacific Place building, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

Phuong Dong Real Estate Company Limited has authorized 3 individuals, Tran Thanh Tu, Tran Thi Minh Hieu, and Nguyen Anh Duc, to own a capital contribution of up to 7,000 billion VND.

The entire leadership of Saigon Glory has also changed. Accordingly, the chairman of the board of members has changed from Mr. Vu Quang Bao to Mr. Tran Thanh Tu (born in 1986, permanent address in Dong Da, Hanoi).

The position of General Director was transferred from Mr. Trinh Quang Cong to Mr. Nguyen Vu Hai (born in 1973, permanent address in Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City).

Bitexco's completion of the transfer of Saigon Glory as well as the Ben Thanh quadrangle project to the new owner took place immediately after receiving approval from bondholders.

According to the commitment, the transferee will continue to fulfill the obligation to pay the principal amount of 10 Saigon Glory bond packages issued.

Phuong Dong Real Estate Company Limited will continue to re-mortgage the assets securing the capital contribution at Techcombank (TCB) to ensure the obligations of the bonds. At the same time, the obligations of Saigon Glory Company Limited to the bondholders and the resolutions previously approved by the bondholders remain unchanged.

According to research, Saigon Glory was established in 2018. This enterprise is the investor of the super project One Central HCM, a complex project of ^8,600m2 in the Ben Thanh quadrangle, opposite Ben Thanh market (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
