To fulfill the assigned tasks in resolving policies for former Volunteers, I have closely coordinated with the district's functional agencies, made a list, reviewed, and resolved policies for former Volunteers who had completed their duties during the resistance war. At the same time, I proactively connected with local Party committees and authorities to verify cases; proposed, resolved, and handled difficult cases; actively sought and collected information to supplement the dossier; propaganda, guidance, and assistance for members and families of deceased former Youth Volunteers to declare their records, verify, and confirm that there are no errors, ensuring that former Youth Volunteers meet the criteria and conditions to be considered for State policies according to regulations... Thanks to that, up to now, 100% of members have completed their records to receive benefits according to regulations, with no backlog cases.
