Previously, Bien Hoa City had repeatedly requested the Provincial People's Committee to remove the fence in front of the Provincial Event and Foreign Affairs Center. Under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, on the morning of April 19, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 4479/UBND-KTN on the management and exploitation of the Square Park in Bien Hoa City.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee approved the policy of assigning the Bien Hoa City People's Committee to manage and use a total area of ​​nearly 5 hectares of land, including: a part of land plot No. 4, cadastral map No. 54, Tan Phong ward, managed and used by the Provincial Events and Foreign Affairs Center, and a part of land plot No. 23, cadastral map No. 54, Tan Phong ward, managed and used by the Provincial Museum. The Bien Hoa City People's Committee coordinates with the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to determine the specific area to be received according to regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Bien Hoa City People's Committee to identify the unit directly managing and using public assets; to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to receive and hand over public assets. At the same time, based on the opinions of the Department of Construction and the needs of use, to build and invest in the renovation of the received land according to regulations, ensuring the timely creation of public spaces for people to come to play, entertain, participate in cultural and sports activities and activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

The funding source for implementation is self-balanced by Bien Hoa City People's Committee from the city budget.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Bien Hoa City People's Committee to unify the boundaries and land areas of the units to ensure the adjustment and issuance of land use right certificates in accordance with regulations. At the same time, complete the procedures for transferring assets in accordance with regulations. The units will report the results to the Provincial People's Committee before April 25.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee Ho Van Nam said that from now until April 27, the City Party Committee will direct the City People's Committee to complete the removal of all fences and entrance gates in front of the Provincial Event and Foreign Affairs Center, the Provincial Library, the Provincial Museum and renovate them to be clean and beautiful.

In the near future, Bien Hoa city will invite a professional design unit to turn this park located in the center of Bien Hoa city into a green, modern, friendly and open park.
