Reception work, ensuring security and order, environmental sanitation, food safety have also been specifically planned by sub-committees, ready to be implemented on schedule.

Along with the main ceremony, many special cultural and sports activities will take place in April, contributing to creating an exciting atmosphere, spreading the spirit of pride in the 50-year journey of construction and development of the province such as: Binh Thuan Hot Air Balloon Festival 2025 (April 18-20); Tiger Cup 2025 Football Tournament, taking place from April 8-25 at Phan Thiet Stadium; The 11th Open Swimming - Running - Sand Dune Sliding Triathlon (April 12); Phan Thiet City Open Cycling Race (April 19)... In addition, the Exhibition of photos and tourism - trade products with the theme "Binh Thuan - 50 years of construction, innovation and development" will open on the evening of April 17 and last until the end of 2025, serving the people and tourists visiting the newly inaugurated Theater.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and progress of the Steering Committee for major holidays of the province, the Provincial People's Committee and the Organizing Committee in preparing activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Binh Thuan province (April 19, 1975 - April 19, 2025). Up to now, the contents have basically followed the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

However, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that when going into specific contents, it is necessary to continue to review and inspect carefully and in detail to ensure that activities, especially the celebration taking place on the evening of April 19 - an event with the participation of Party and State leaders - are organized smoothly, safely, solemnly and effectively.

Regarding the reception of Central leaders, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee Office to coordinate with relevant agencies to consult on detailed plans to develop a plan to serve the high-level delegations well. The Organizing Committee needs to soon complete the overall program associated with assigning specific tasks to each agency and unit throughout the entire organization process: from groundbreaking, inauguration, attending the main ceremony to seeing off the Party and State leaders.

For some key activities taking place on April 19-20, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial People's Committee to preside over and develop a detailed program for the inauguration ceremony of DT.719B route and Ham Kiem - Tien Thanh route, ensuring the content and form of organization are solemn and meaningful.

The Provincial Party Secretary agreed to organize a ceremony to visit the provincial martyrs' cemetery and pay respect to Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch on the morning of April 18. Regarding the rally, it is suggested to consider adjusting the time to 8:00 p.m. on April 19, creating the most convenient conditions for delegates and people to attend.

Regarding the program script, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Organizing Committee to carefully review the introduction, introduction of delegates, and the content of the speeches to ensure accuracy and solemnity. The art program will be reviewed in general on the evenings of April 15, 16, and 17; it is required to calculate appropriate, attractive, and unique content, highlighting the anniversary theme. For supporting activities such as the Hot Air Balloon Festival, it is recommended that the organizing unit calculate and choose a suitable location, ensuring safety and spreading effects.

Regarding the work of ensuring security and order, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to direct the Public Security force and related units to deploy a continuous protection plan from now until April 30, 2025, especially ensuring absolute safety for the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of Binh Thuan Province...
