The exhibition of 50 years of achievements in Ha Tinh literature and art is expected to take place from April 26 to April 28, 2025 at Ly Tu Trong Park (Ha Tinh City), aiming to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

With the theme "Ha Tinh Literature and Arts - 50 years of creation and development", the exhibition is an opportunity for the public to look back on the half-century development of Ha Tinh literature and arts. This is not only a practical activity to honor outstanding achievements, but also an opportunity to affirm the great role of literature and arts in preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, inspiring creativity for generations of artists, and adding motivation for Ha Tinh literature and arts to continue to accompany the development of the province in the new era.
According to the plan, the exhibition will be divided into 5 main spaces, including: celebration area, cheering area, exhibition area, documentary film screening area and meeting - exchange - photo booth area. The highlight of the exhibition lies in the exhibition space, which depicts a panoramic picture of the 50-year journey of Ha Tinh culture and arts through historical periods.

At the exhibition, the public will be able to admire hundreds of documents, artifacts, publications, and images reflecting typical authors, outstanding works, along with a series of certificates of merit and awards, recognizing the 50-year development of Ha Tinh's literature and arts. In addition, the exhibition also introduces valuable images of large-scale cultural and artistic activities of the province, along with moments when Central and provincial leaders met, directed cultural and artistic activities, and interacted with Ha Tinh's artists through the ages.
As the unit in charge of implementing the exhibition, the Ha Tinh Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion is making efforts to focus on preparing the work to ensure the progress and quality of the exhibition. Mr. Tran Dang Duc - Deputy Head of the Department of Tourism and Cinema Promotion said: “The most important content to serve the exhibition is the work of collecting documents. 50 years is a long journey, and it has gone through a period of merging and separating provinces, leading to inconsistent storage and many documents being lost. Therefore, we had to proactively connect directly with units inside and outside the province such as: Ha Tinh and Nghe An Literature and Arts Association, Ha Tinh Newspaper, Nghe An Newspaper, Provincial Library, Ha Tinh Traditional Arts Theater... At the same time, we contacted authors or relatives of authors in all regions of the country to collect more documents for the exhibition”.

With the efforts of the Ha Tinh Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion, hundreds of documents have been collected, fully reflecting the fields of Ha Tinh culture and arts over the past 50 years, including many valuable and rare documents about authors and typical artists. The documents are currently being classified and systematized to be ready for display in the upcoming exhibition space.
In parallel with the collection, the Ha Tinh Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion is also urgently carrying out other tasks such as: surveying the Ly Tu Trong Park site, designing the exhibition space, creating billboards and posters to visually promote the exhibition and the significance of the great victory of Spring 1975.

Together with the Ha Tinh Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion, the units: Ha Tinh Literature and Arts Association, Provincial Library... have also actively coordinated to prepare the contents of the exhibition. In particular, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association has provided data, lists, information of authors who won the Nguyen Du Award, the State Award, publications of Ha Tinh authors deposited at the association; The Provincial Library has prepared more than 300 books, which are literary publications, research... by authors inside and outside the province writing about Ha Tinh or researching Ha Tinh Literature and Arts, and is also in charge of a booth displaying publications at the exhibition space.
Not only a playground for professionals, the exhibition also attracted the attention of the public. Ms. Pham Thi Huong Thao (Thach Quy Ward, Ha Tinh City) shared: “As a lover of literature, I am really looking forward to this exhibition. This is an opportunity for me and many people to learn more about the artists in the province - those who have silently contributed to the cultural and spiritual life of Ha Tinh over the past 50 years”.

We consider the exhibition an important milestone to show gratitude and honor the great contributions of generations of Ha Tinh artists over the past 50 years. Therefore, in addition to continuing to collect extensive documents, the center will make every effort to coordinate and carefully prepare the necessary conditions, to bring to the public an exhibition that is both profound in content and attractive in form, thereby spreading the love of literature and art and arousing pride in the homeland of Ha Tinh, rich in cultural traditions."
