Ready for the 18th National Press Awards Ceremony

The 18th National Press Award - 2023 has entered its 18th year - and also the 99th year of Vietnam Revolutionary Press, the prestige of the National Press Award continues to be firmly affirmed. The value and image of the Award are widely spread to all levels of the Association and its members.

According to the reporter's records at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, Hanoi on the afternoon of June 21, all preparations for the Award Ceremony have been completed.

The area in front of the entrance to the Award Ceremony is where the photo works that won the National Press Award last year are exhibited.

The annual National Press Awards are always a major event, attracting special attention from the press nationwide. They are the most prestigious awards given to outstanding press works that have made positive contributions to the country's press career.

It is known that this year's National Press Awards Ceremony will honor 10 A prizes, 26 B prizes, 45 C prizes and 41 Encouragement prizes, fueling the passion for the profession for reporters and journalists in the journey of building Vietnam's Revolutionary Journalism.

Next to the symbol of this year's National Press Award is the slogan "Aspiration for Vietnamese Courage".

On the afternoon of June 21, the machines serving the 18th National Press Awards Ceremony - 2023 were also carefully checked by technicians.

Some technical connections and lighting were finally installed late in the afternoon of June 21.

Accordingly, the 18th National Press Awards Ceremony will also be broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television and broadcast live on VOV1 of Voice of Vietnam.
